PROGRAM SPECIALIST NEEDED - (posted 9/14/09)
The Kanawha Institute for Social Research & Action, Inc. (KISRA) seeks a program specialist for the Dunbar, Beckley and Huntington branches of the KISRA Re-Entry Program.

Applicants must possess and be able to demonstrate excellent communication, case management, job development and computer skills.

Full time position; Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; two years paid or equivalent experience as a program specialist/case manager.
