KISRA Homeownership
| KISRA Homeownership - Guidance is provided certified KISRA staff to renters that want to achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Our focus is on low and moderate-income families. As much as $30,000 in down payment assistance is also provided to families that qualify.
KISRA is certified by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide housing counseling services. KISRA is also designated as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) through the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Community Development (MOECD) and a correspondent lender with the WV Housing Development Fund.
